We do not allow Refunds! Only Exchanges/Store Credit

 

WARNING: Orders placed within the week following a sale or pop up shop event date will have delayed shipping. There is no specified timeframe to provide for that delay.

All items purchased during a sale using the sale code are final.

​

Exchanges can only be made on items made ready to wear from our online store OR a pop up shop event.

   ******Custom Garments by Ling are not exchangeable/refunded.******

 

How to exchange an order

Exchange Time Frame: 20 days from delivery date 

    (For Example, your item delivered September 1st , package must be received by us, no later than September 20th.)

If the return is after the 20 days, the package will be denied and you will receive it back.​​

*We do not provide Return Labels. 

*We do not do Refunds.

*We are not responsible for lost packages, items stating delivered but you never received (contact the shipping carrier for concerns/updates)

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Once your order is out of The CancerianLing Collections hands please use the given tracking number to follow your order.  

Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact the shipping company first!

 Payments

  All Payments for The CancerianLIng Collection are through this website, we do not accept payments through Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay for online orders
